Boost Mode and Deep Cache Mode

Teknetics T2 Special Edition includes both the the Boost Mode and the Cache modes making it the top model in the T2 line. A bonus 5" DD search coil ships with the unit as well, excellent for pinpointing. It includes a standard waterproof 11 inch search coil that is perfect for coin hunters and relic hunters alike. It is light weight and includes the new boost mode for increased depth. When searching for deep small targets in non-trashy areas, this mode provides enhanced sensitivity. Furthermore, it enhances the target in conditions that make it necessary to raise the search coil several inches above the ground. An exclusive feature to the Teknetics T2 ltd is the deep treasure cache mode. This cache locating process mode is is perfect for locating large deep objects.

This is perfect for iron laden sites. When using the Teknetics T2, the target ID uses a scale of 0-99 depending on the conductivity of the metal for accurate target identification. During treasure hunting, the display shows all the target details, including depth and target information in an easy-to-read format. For the purpose of extending your search to greater depth, you can order a 15" accessory search coil at the time of purchase. The coil provides excellent ground coverage and depth.

Teknetics T2 Special Edition metal detectors operate at a 13 kHz operating frequency for exceptional sensitivity. This frequency is ideal for metal detecting a wide variety of objects. The T2 has a non adjustable armrest. You can adjust your ground cancellation settings or shift your frequency slightly to avoid interference. A trigger is used for instant ground balance and pinpointing. To pinpoint, squeeze the trigger switch. A sound will announce the target's location as you move your waterproof coil slowly across it. The metal detector's waterproof search coil covers the ground well and is precise enough to pinpoint targets easily. The coil can also be used in saltwater in addition to finding deep coins underground. The battery life of this model is 40 hours with 4 AA batteries. With such a long life, your metal detector will have low operating costs over its lifetime.
