This four position scoop let's you quickly select the length of the pole. The scoop is hand crafted using quality anodized aluminum. Designed For Use On The Beach

We find that the majority of our customers spend most of their time metal detecting the dry sandy parts of the beach. This scoop is an excellent choice when metal detecting on the dry sand.

• This scoop is NOT designed for hunting in the water or at the wet sandy parts of the beach. You can crush the basket if you put too much pressure on it by pushing it in to hard packed wet sand or rocks in the water.

It's A Short Handle Beach Scoop

One scoop that does it all! Just remove the upper and middle rods and you have a short handle beach scoop. The short handle has a comfort fit hand grip positioned at the top of the handle. This is perfect for when you are using just the short handle alone. Even the hand grip is produced right here in the United States! Using just the short handle you reduce the overall length of the scoop down to just 14" from the tip of the scoop to the handle. Talk about versatility. No need to purchase both a long and short handle sand scoop.

It's A Long Handle Beach Scoop

Add the middle and upper poles and you can adjust your overall length from 34" to to 40". The long handle has a four position adjustment that allows you to select the overall length. The long handle extension also has a molded rubber hand grip for comfort as well.

Wire Mesh Sifting Basket

The quick drain design of the mesh sifting basket is perfect for use on the dry sand. The bucket has a 5" overall diameter and measures a full seven inches in length at the longest edge. The bucket has an aluminum collar at the outer edge for easy retrieval. The back of bucket features reinforced wire mesh screen. The mesh features small 1/2" square holes. The screen is large enough to sift sand quickly, yet small enough to keep coins, rings and other precious objects from slipping through.
