What’s the Difference between the Garrett AT Max and GTI 2500 Metal Detectors?

If you are looking for the best in professional-level metal detectors, Garrett has multiple options. From the latest, waterproof AT Max with Z-Lynk wireless technology to the innovative GTI 2500 with its patented Graphic Targeting System, Garrett’s technology combined with their dependability makes either of these detectors a great choice.

If you plan to be searching for deep treasures, the GTI 2500 has the ability to accept the Eagle Eye depth multiplier search coil. This coil can locate large treasures meters in to the ground. The AT Max is not compatible with this deep seeking coil. If you plan to be hunting in and around water, the AT Max is completely waterproof to 10 feet. The GTI 2500 includes waterproof coils, but the detector itself is not waterproof.
